Pepper had several health issues when we adopted her. Most vets didn't figure out her allergies, so I decided to do my own research and found The Honest Kitchen dehydrated food. We started with the grain-free version in the first 3 years, but end up switching to the whole grain, with no weight gain at all. She loves her food so much and she has the most amazing coat.
