Rocky suffered an unusual reaction to the Helicobacter pylori virus (the virus that causes ulcers in humans) and developed a stomach growth. During his treatment with antibiotics, I researched diets that would provide him with the best nutrition and natural ingredients to help him recover and eliminate his stomach irritations. I found The Honest Kitchen products and started adding it to his high quality dried food. He then tore an acl in his rear leg chasing a cat off of the furniture and had to reduce his activity level while going through physical therapy. He began to gain weight and my vet suggested I feed him THK food only. I eliminated the dry dog food and have fed him only THK since. He returned to his ideal weight, his stomach growth has disappeared and his acl therapy was a success. He is a healhy, active 7 year old westie who loves his Honest Kitchen meals!
