Rosie was diagnosed with diabetes in May 2014. She was at that time 26lbs. She was started on 5units of insulin put on a RX diet of Purina OM 2x a day. She was in and out of the vet with UTI's...after a year of battling this issue and now up to 10units of insulin, we needed a change. I found a holistic vet who immediately switched her food to Honest Kitchen Thrive and added a few supplements, Probiotic, Enzyme & Omega QD. Rosie is doing great and is now 20lbs and is on 6.5units of insulin. For those dealing with a diabetic pet, knows that this is a HUGE difference.
