Tazz

Tazz / Meet Tazz, not misspelled but so bad she had to have an extra Z, our German Shepherd/Chow girl rescued from a high kill shelter. She is the sister of Ziggy whose story is also posted.
n
nTazzie Z began her life with an owner who turned her one brother and one sister into a high kill shelter. Tazz the only black puppy of the three was the last to be adopted. At the shelter, she did not show any personality. She was curled up in the corner even though her brother and sister would occasionally play. She was terrified! In addition, they all were sick with kennel cough.
n
nAfter seeing her, we knew she had to come home with us and become a part of our family. We had just lost our 18 year old all black Australian Shepherd/Chow mix and something about his little girl seemed familiar. When we picked her up and walked out the door of the shelter, she immediately began giving kisses and showing some of her big personality.
n
nUnlike her big brother Ziggy, we began her life with us using The Honest Kitchen grain free diet. Tazz is a cute little thing but we immediately noticed how much shinier Ziggy's coat was when they were laying side by side (see pictures). After about 3 weeks, she was over the kennel cough and we began to see quick changes in her coat, eyes and energy level. Her beautiful coat and chocolate brown eyes quickly caught up to Ziggy's and the two of them are absolutely stunning! They both get compliments when out together and we know The Honest Kitchen has played a huge role in the health of this little puppy.
n
nWe will continue to update the journey of Tazz and mark milestones with her life on The Honest Kitchen diet. As pet parents, we are impressed and truly believe in the quality of these products as we have seen the results in our own beloved dogs.
