Wedg

Wedg / We bought a new house almost four years ago. The night we moved in after we finished unloading the last boxes, a friendly brown dog wandered up to us in the driveway. He was clearly someone's dog--polite, knew how to sit, and freshly trimmed nails. We took him to several houses to ask our new neighbors if they knew this awesome dog. No one knew, but said that he had been hanging around the neighborhood for a few days. It was dark, and we couldn't leave him wandering for another night...so we took him home.
n
nThe next day we combed the neighborhood to look for lost signs. We joined our neighborhood association to inquire about their lost and found pet group. We called area vets and the shelters, and put a found listing on Craigslist. No dice. As the days went by, we fell in love with this big, goofy dog, and our other two rescue dogs had come around too. Wedg was here to say (we needed to call him something while we looked for his people, so we named him Wedgworth after the street we now lived on. Wedg stuck and it suits him perfectly.)
n
nWedg loves food. Our dogs get fed every day at 8am and 6pm, and Wedg begins following us around about 30 minutes before feeding time. I am extremely picky about what our dogs eat. We tried homemade, raw, high-end canned and kibble, but each had their positives and negatives. I was overjoyed to find THK! So easy, fits our budget, and made with integrity and ingredients I trust. I like that they are getting the benefits of raw food, but I don't have to make it for them anymore--just add water! Couldn't be easier! And our dogs just love it.

nWedg had put on a few pounds after moving in with us. After we got him on THK, he slimmed down and now has a sleek, muscular physique. Our favorite vet tech always compliments Wedg on his beautiful, white teeth calling them, perfect with absolutely no tartar build up! We credit his healthy diet of THK!!
