Wilson & Cadence ready for dinner. Atlanta, GA
Wilson is my fully deaf adopted bull terrier. When we first got him he was a crazy bumble bee who maybe had never lived in a home before. After about 6-9 months Wilson calmed down and got comfortable art out house but we started noticing that he was shaking his ears in discomfort. He also seemed to lose all of his energy-- he just slept too much. We tried him on grain free food and didn't see a difference. We tried taking him out on more walks, we got him a baby Frenchie sister to play with, we tried going to the vet for ear medication. We tried medicate shampoo to help with his itchy ears and occasionally itchy skin. A little over a month ago we decided to try The Honest Kitchen, dehydrated beef human-grade food, and we really have seen a big improvement. His hears haven't been nearly as itchy and his energy has been through the roof. I've also never seen our dogs react more excited to the prospect of breakfast and dinner time. They can't contain their excitement, and Wilson often barks to let me know he needs his food as I stir it up!
