How long is this self stable unopened?
Hi Indira, Thanks for reaching back out to us! Our dehydration process does a wonderful job of keeping all of our products shelf-stable. Therefore, the Pumpkin Spice Latte in its dry form will stay fresh until the best by date printed on the bottom of the canister if kept in a cool, dry place (like a pantry or kitchen counter). Once the supplement has been rehydrated with water, you're welcome to store it in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze and defrost as needed. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
