The perfect storm of labor shortages, ingredient shortages and delivery delays made getting the high-quality ingredients we need to make your pet’s food extremely difficult. Because we source exclusively from the human food supply chain, our products were even more strained than what you may have seen from other pet food brands.
No matter the reason, we know that you've had an unacceptable experience with our products. We've been working incredibly hard to improve our inventory (without ever sacrificing quality), and we're confident we can now provide you with a better, more consistent experience.
