The Honest Kitchen giveaway of three (3) prizes of a $100 gift card begins on June 7, 2024, and ends on June 21, 2024 ("Contest Entry Period"). By participating in the Contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Honest Kitchen, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Honest Kitchen is responsible for the overall administration of the Contest.

TERMS

A. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, including the District of Columbia. The Honest Kitchen and its employees, agents, officers, and directors (collectively, the "Contest Entities"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and marketing agencies, immediate families, and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible for the Contest.

B. HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Contest during the Contest Entry Period at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/0624_Email ("Contest Site"). The survey must be filled out in its entirety to be a valid entry. Each person who registers with the Contest Site earns the chance to win one (1) of the prizes of a $100 gift card (the "Prizes").

C. THE PRIZES: The Honest Kitchen will award three (3) prizes of a $100 gift card to three (3) contest entrants. Winners will be able to select the gift card they want from options such as Airbnb, Apple, Starbucks, Amazon, and more. Winners must use the Tremendous software and provide their email to The Honest Kitchen to redeem the gift card. There will be no cash compensation. All federal, state, local, and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. No additional discounts are applicable to prize orders. Shipping charges may apply.

D. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Contest Entry Period. The random drawing for the Contest will be conducted between June 24, 2024 and  July 15, 2025. The random drawing will be conducted by The Honest Kitchen; all decisions are final. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within fourteen (14) days of the random drawing. The Honest Kitchen is not responsible and may disqualify an entrant if the entrant's email does not work or is changed. Any winner notification not responded to within seven (7) days or returned as undeliverable will result in Prize forfeiture, and an alternate winner shall be selected. If a potential winner is ineligible to win the Prize because they are outside the United States, made a material misrepresentation, do not comply with the acceptance requirements above, or are otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, then such a winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entrants. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by The Honest Kitchen.

By entering the Contest, the prize winners automatically agree that The Honest Kitchen may, without compensation, publish, display, or otherwise use the winner's name, photograph or other likeness, or statement concerning the Contest for purposes of advertising and promotion.
