Norwegian Elkhound — Age 4

Happy Agility Anna!!!
Anna is a rescued Norwegian Elkhound that comes from a puppy mill in Pennsylvania. I adopted her through the John Nelson Moosedog Rescue Fund, which is the national Norwegian Elkhound breed rescue. Anna was turned into rescue because her former family felt she had "too much energy." That makes her the perfect agility dog, and she is the AKC 2012 #1 Agility Norwegian Elkhound. She absolutely loves agility and is full of spunk and energy . . . much to the dismay of Parker, the other rescued Elkhound in the house! Because she is a puppy mill dog, she also has several health problems. One of these issues is digestive. She frequently has issues with upset stomach and acid reflux. After incorporating The Honest Kitchen Love and Embark in her diet, and changing her treats to Pecks, these issues have all but resolved themselves! I rarely hear her little tummy grumbling :-) Her and Parker just love when the bag of Love or Embark comes out and I love to see their messy little faces after they have licked their bowls clean all around the kitchen! Thank you THK for helping my little Anna's tummy!!!
