Making friends with a Great Dane this past summer!
Oliver is a 2 year old dachshund rescue we adopted on 12/6/12. He had some skin issues and I tried about four of the best dry kibble I could find at specialty stores. However, when I found Honest Kitchen, he goes NUTS and absolutely LOVES his food! The only bad thing about feeding him Honest Kitchen is that no one can sleep in on the weekends... (he is very persistent to let you know it's time for breakfast!) His coat is glossy and feels like velvet. When I took him to the vet last week, I was embarrassed because the vet was gushing several times over how good Oliver looks now, and that he should be in a video so people can see how a dachshund should look and act. (he said that before he drew some blood... I bet he wishes he could take that back now) Not only does he not see very many doxies that are the correct weight, but his coat is so amazing. I want to thank you all for that!

Exactly one year later, we adopted a friend for Ollie on 12/6/13. Brutus is a Jack Russell mix who pushed his kibble aside when I was transitioning him to the same food Ollie is eating. These guys are amazing and I'm so happy that you are making such awesome food for our guys. Hats off!
