ZoeyShih Tzu — Age 7
Miss Zoey Princess, age 7, joined my family in April 2012. She was an emergency rescue. When I got her she was shaved completely because her coat was in full of tangles, mats and poo. She was suffering from an large, untreated hernia, a mouth full of bad teeth and malnourishment. After a trip to the vet, I started her on high quality dry kibble but we could tell she needed more water in her diet. She was constipated and wasn't drinking enough. The vet recommended feeding her wet food for one of her meals every day. After investigating my options, I remember getting a sample of Honest Kitchen dog food at a pet fair I had attended a few years ago. I compared many products and decided to try Honest Kitchen. It really did the trick. It gave Zoey the added water she needed. It also helped her gain weight as well as develop as beautiful, shinny coat. It paired very well with her dry kibble. Now Zoey gets Honest Kitchen for breakfast every morning and dry kibble for her teeth at dinner time. She likes the Honest Kitchen meal a lot more. The vet and her groomer are always commenting on how amazing her skin and coat are and how healthy she is. I don't think I'd feed anything else and am always recommending Honest Kitchen to my friends. Zoey is proof of how great a product Honest Kitchen is!
