RECURRING ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") for The Honest Kitchen Recurring Ordering ("Recurring Orders") subscription program. These Terms are between you and The Honest Kitchen, and govern our respective rights and obligations. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Honest Kitchen related to Recurring Orders. Please note that your use of The Honest Kitchen website is also governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements The Honest Kitchen website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. By placing a recurring order, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.

BENEFITS

When you checkout on thehonestkitchen.com with a Recurring Order, you are signing up for continuous shipments of those products and may select how often you would like your product(s) delivered to you. You may change your periodic delivery schedule at any time (including on a one-time basis), as well as your shipping address, payment method, and products included in the program. You may also be eligible to save an additional percentage off the MSRP listed.

Recurring Order benefits are discussed here and are part of these Terms. The Honest Kitchen reserves the right to change the benefits, including the discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS & NOTIFICATION

In order to sign up for Recurring Orders, you must have an Honest Kitchen account including a valid e-mail address and saved credit card on file. You may sign up by creating an account here.

When you place your initial order for a product and enroll in our Recurring Order program, you will receive a notice that your subscription has been created and your first order will be processed. Your first order will be processed immediately, and your selected payment method will be charged at the time the order is placed. Your Recurring Order will thereafter automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.

For subsequent Recurring Orders, you will receive a pre-shipment email notification reminding you of your upcoming shipment, the period available to make changes to your order and the scheduled order process date. You can edit or cancel your order anytime before 11:59PM the day preceding your designated order process date (i.e., the day prior to your order process date). If you do not cancel the order before the day prior to your order process date, your order will be authorized.

Any Recurring Order product returns are subject to The Honest Kitchen’s returns policy

PAYMENT AND SHIPMENT AUTHORIZATION

By placing a Recurring Order, you authorize The Honest Kitchen to charge the credit card you provided for subsequent subscription orders until you cancel your Recurring Order. Unless modified by you, the credit card you used to set up the initial Recurring Order will be charged for subsequent orders. Subsequent orders will be charged the day the order is placed and forwarded to the warehouse for processing.

The total cost charged to your credit card for each recurring order will be the cost of the item on the day that order is processed, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges.

If your credit card is declined at the time of order placement, your order will not be placed. You will be notified by email that your payment has failed and you will need to update your credit card information. Once your payment information is corrected, your order will be processed. 

Valid credit cards are the only payment method accepted for recurring purchases. The current acceptable payment methods are Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Unless modified by you, the address you used to set up the initial Recurring Order will be used for subsequent orders. Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. CANCELLATION

If you no longer wish to receive recurring orders, you can cancel at any time in the My Account section, under My Recurring Orders. Cancelling will stop all future orders and you will lose all current discounts. Cancellations must be received by 11:59PM the night before a Recurring Order is to be placed.  You can cancel through the My Account section or by contacting us at questions@thehonestkitchen.com

AGREEMENT CHANGES

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms and Conditions, The Honest Kitchen’s general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on The Honest Kitchen’s website, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. Your continued participation after we change these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your recurring order.
