In our dehydrated recipes, our meats, fish, and eggs are cooked to the required temperature to kill any harmful pathogens before being gently dehydrated. The gentle cooking process means these ingredients are not considered raw. Potatoes and grains are flash heated (and rolled in the case of our grains) to aid in digestion, then gently dehydrated to remove the moisture. Leafy greens are steamed in a dry-steam process as an additional food safety measure. Our dehydrated ingredients are then blended in a simple mixing process without any additional heat applications, before being packaged and sealed for optimum freshness. I hope this helps.
