Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup The Honest Kitchen's Whole Grain Beef Recipe

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined thoroughly – don’t be afraid to use your hands to mix it all together. Press evenly into a loaf pan.
  3. Place in oven and cook for 40 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool. Refrigerate or freeze in slices for easy serving.
