Ingredients
2 eggs
1 lb lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables
1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup The Honest Kitchen's Whole Grain Beef Recipe
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined thoroughly – don’t be afraid to use your hands to mix it all together. Press evenly into a loaf pan.
- Place in oven and cook for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool. Refrigerate or freeze in slices for easy serving.
Recipe Note
Spray or grease your pan before putting the mixture in the pan. That way, it won’t stick to the sides or bottom when it’s finished cooking.
