The Honest Kitchen's Ingredient Sourcing Map

At The Honest Kitchen, we're proud to say we source the vast majority of our ingredients from North America. However, some ingredients are simply unavailable or lower-in-quality when sourced locally, so we find them from suppliers we trust around the world.

A few examples of ingredients we source outside of the United States include:

• Fruits and vegetables from Europe. Because we exclusively source non-GMO ingredients, we've found that several of the fruits and vegetables we use are best found in Europe, where they have voted to partially or fully ban GMOs.
• Sweet potatoes are native to Peru, leading to high quality options in plentiful supply.
• Turmeric has been cultivated in India for thousands of years. We source from here for its known quality.
  
  
  
  

In addition to ingredient quality, we also source thoughtfully sourced proteins where possible, and opt for women-or-minority-owned suppliers where available.

No matter where we source our ingredients, all suppliers must be human grade and adhere to our strict quality guidelines.
